The Danube Properties developer has announced a new project in the Business Bay area of Dubai, called Bayz101. The 101-storey tower will be the fourth tallest in Dubai, and one of just four buildings in the city with more than 100 floors — after the Burj Khalifa, Marina 101 and Princess Tower. The giant skyscraper will be completed in 2028.

The total built-up area of the project is a huge 2.1 million square feet, and there will be 1,346 residential units within the project, which will be presented by luxury studios and 1–4 bedroom apartments. Interested investors can also purchase retail premises that will sit within Bayz101.

The Bayz101 complex will offer residents more than 40 excellent amenities, including a health club, a coworking space, a business centre and a Sky Bar. Those who adopt an active lifestyle will appreciate the swimming pool, jogging track, sports arena and the tennis court, which will all be on the territory of the project. Doctors will also be on call and will be available to all residents who reside in Bayz101.

Bayz101 is the 28th residential project from Danube Properties and will have a total value of at least AED 3B (USD 817M). This is the developer's largest project, both in terms of the number of residences and the total area. The company offers its residents a luxurious lifestyle and great investment potential in every development it launches. The initial cost of studios in the complex is AED 1.2M (USD 327K).

Among the most popular projects by Danube Properties that were launched in 2023 are Viewz, Elite, Sports, Fashion, Ocean and Eleganz, which have all been in collaboration with well-known luxury brands such as FashionTV, Aston Martin and Tonino Lamborghini Casa. As well as Bayz101, the portfolio of Danube Properties includes 16,234 units spread across 28 complexes, and has a combined development value exceeding AED 18B (USD 4.9B), as of January 2024.
